I am on the 6th floor of the pokemon tower and to go upstairs you have to defeat the lvl 30 Marowak. (ghost) well how do you defeat it? My pokemon are always scared to attack. please help me!!

for that you have to go in the game parlour nearby and then go in Rocket's secret hideout (where the rocket guy is standing) there defeat Giovani and he will give you a silph scope. After that in pokemon tower the scope will decipher marowak and u can defeat it and go upstairs !!!
