A pleasantly aromatic oil from the lavender plant, but too strong forthe tender skin of an ear.
Warm some olive oil to body temp (when you dab it on your wrist you feel neither heat nor cold) and drizzle it on a small cotton ball, then gently fit the ball into the ear, and make an appointment to see your doctor. You need to find out the cause of the earache - infection, inflamed nerve, bad teeth are just a few causes.
