Lavender tattoo against pale skin?

Alright, I know this question may be silly, but I need to be absolutely sure.

I'm finally getting my tattoo sometime this month...

I am really pale. Like, I glow in the dark. And I am getting a lavender tattoo on my ankle. I am wondering if the lavender will look funny against my pale skin... someone told me it would and I'm a little worried.

By the way, it's a lavender cancer awareness ribbon.

I have a lavender tattoo on my ankle. Got it at 17 and am 31 now it looks fine. Mine is outlined in black. And Im pale....



Important with all tattoo's is the after care. Your Tattoo artist should provide you with some after treatment care, Do's and dont's..



The ankles are one area that are usually not looked after make sure you look after your skin there once its healed! And your tatt will keep looking beautiful..

Note...Lavender Ribbon is the general colour for cancer awareness, pink is generally for Breast and Childhood cancer, there are many different coloured ribbons and MANY different causes.

Well eithir way no you shouldnt do lavender getting a stronger brighter color it will be better and look nicer.

If you want a lavender get shading and outline dont to it, or just go for a darker shade.
Reply:i don't think it will look silly as long you outline it in a darker shade of purple to bring out the lavender ( probably wouldn't hurt to ask the tattoo artists opinion either) besides I'm pretty sure lavender is darker than your skin

So I'd say it was ok. you might need to go a bit darker though but it can definitely be done!
Reply:You shouldn't get lavender it would most likely it would look really weird cause alot of people in my family have really light skin and lavender really isn't ya'lls color so i would pick a different like red something that looks good on light skinned people......

Reply:Light purple does not show up well in a tattoo..believe me. Try a darker color, exp on your skin tone.
