I gave you a bunch of recipes but try making your own

with the smells that you like.

you should be able to find most of these at a natural food store or a vitamin store.

make sure that you get 100% pure oils they are more $$ but are well worth it

if you can not get a defusser or you do not want a candle going you can get a small pillow and add the drops to it and put it beside your pillow

they also have clay rings that go on light bulbs

some are metal add the drops to the ring and put on a reg light bulb the heat from the bulb will despence the sent

if that is not possible you can get a old pot add the oils to it and some water and boil it on the stove.

I hope this helps

Reply:Just like animals, our bodies respond to natural cues in nature that subconciously tell our bodies to wind down and prepare for sleep.

I would recomend dimming the lights an hour or two before you would like to go to bed, this simmilates dusk and the sun setting as it does in nature.

Also try turning the tv volume off or down and just quiet down the house as much as possible. If you'll notice outdoors, as night falls and animals go to sleep, it gets quiet. Same theory for us.

One last thing, instead of being online, watching tv (especially adrenaline pumping movies), or playing games, try laying down and reading a magazine or book to relax and slow down your body after an exciting day.

I hope these suggestions help.

However, if you find that your mind runs wild as you lay in bed, and all the days conversations and activities don't let you fall asleep, you may want to experiment with a sleep aid.

I would never recommend prescription drugs, but I do know of a 100% natural sleep aid that has been very effective helping me get a good nights sleep and wake up rested and alert. It is called DREAMZ and can be purchased online at the following website:

www.marketamerica.com/fuentes

Best of luck!
