Will lavender live indoors?

Maybe on a sunny window sill. Remember to provide very good drainage...gravel in the bottom of the pot would be a good idea.

Will lavender live indoors?
I am sure it will. As long as you provide it with the right temperature, amount of light, water, and nutrients it should do just fine. I live in Connecticut and have a lemon tree growing in my place. If I can grow lemons indoors up north I'm sure lavender will do just fine.
