I would like to make a christmas kissing ball. I know how to do the ones you make into lavender sachets. I want the ones you make with evergreens etc. I even seen one this halloween...made from corn husks, they were beautiful too!!! Is there anybody out there who has made these...if yes, please tell me how....thank you.

Reply:Start with a styrofoam ball for the center (available in the crafts department of stores like WalMart and Target). Start by anchoring a ribbon with a bow, for the hanger. Then, using craft glue or a hot glue gun, attach all of the greenery or flowers you want to use. I've seen an adorable kissing ball covered with red carnations (silk or real--depending upon how long you need it to last). I have one that is covered with bits of silk evergreen and holly, miniature pine cones and bows.
