Is there a healthy way to just slightly increase breast size?

I recently have toned up alot due to a good healthy year and a half in the gym but my breast have shrunken from a 36B to barely a 34B. Is there a way that I can perhaps just get them slightly bigger without pills or implants? I read that lavender oil and tea tree oil actually increased breast growth in males but I can't find anything on females. I don't want jumbo ones, just a little bit bigger. During my period they do increase a cup! This sucks! I know the more muscle and cardio I do the more fat i'll lose from my breast. What can I do to even maintain or increase my breast and still be able to work out regularly?

Is there a healthy way to just slightly increase breast size?

Reply:Baybe, baybe, baybe. Don't obsess on the size of your

breasts. The times they are a changin'. Look within.

Read "Gift from the Sea" by Anne Morrow Lindbergh.

It is from the soul and such a soothing read. You will

almost memorize it.

You don't actually need a man. Allow the right man to

be attracted to you. No implants, no worries. It's in the

eyes, it's in the smile, it's in the actions. Don't ever cut

yourself short. There are men who are "spiders" waiting

to suck the Butterfly dry. But, then, there are ones who

wish to celebrate in watching her fly. Hold out for one

who wants to watch you fly.

Don't ever settle for less than that! Work on yourself;

do not become co-dependent. Pleeeeeze. Been there

done that. It's a dead end street. Start to realize what

makes YOU happy. What music YOU like. What hobbies,

art, books, YOU like. Don't wrap yourself around a

narcissistic man like I did. I'm out now. And following my

own advice. Sure, I sleep alone. It's okay. I watch late-nite

tv and read. It's short termed. Have a fella who really

likes me for who I am and not bootay. Wish you luck/Wish

me luck.

Reply:Why don't you get a push up bra? You should be glad your boobs aren't too big. It hurts to have big boobs. I was a healthy 36C when I was in my 30's. Now I am a 40D in my 40's and it's really not at all what it's cracked up to be. I did it the natural way. I had three kids; thus I went up Dolly Parton size and shrunk to this what I have now. I would be really happy to come down a few sizes. It wouldn't hurt when I ran or worked out. Or even when I took off my bra at the end of the day. The only thing nice is how it looks in a shirt.
Reply:unfortunately the only guaranteed way is implants (only thing that gets bigger with pills is the company's wallet). Lucky you... when I was in army basic training my boobs shrunk a whole cup size.
Reply:ur breasts are fine

u look pretty the way you are

dont get ur mind stuck on that.. u say you workout alot.. thats good

there are many other people who have it worst that you..
Reply:Why do you care so much about breasts? That's about as stupid as me obsessing over my privates.
Reply:Your breasts are just proportioning themselves to the rest of your ever changing physique.
Reply:I would say enjoy what you have since you have obviously well improved yourself. A womans breasts are always changing. Maybe in a year or so they will get bigger, but I would say, be happy with what you have, you are more fit then you were before. And congrats!
Reply:a lot of doctors say there really is no way to make breasts bigger...besides the obvious, implants and pregnancy. even pills don't really work in a healthy way. same with penis enlargements. doctors say its physically impossible.

i would try doing exercises that will not affect your pecs. if you start working things around it, but stay away from your general chest area..the rest of you will get more fit and lean, and your breasts will appear to be larger than they are now.
