S Is there a healthy way to just slightly increase breast size?

I recently have toned up alot due to a good healthy year and a half in the gym but my breast have shrunken from a 36B to barely a 34B. Is there a way that I can perhaps just get them slightly bigger without pills or implants? I read that lavender oil and tea tree oil actually increased breast growth in males but I can't find anything on females. I don't want jumbo ones, just a little bit bigger. During my period they do increase a cup! This sucks! I know the more muscle and cardio I do the more fat i'll lose from my breast. What can I do to even maintain or increase my breast and still be able to work out regularly? I was already considering BC (preferably Yaz) because i'm sexually active and I wanted to know if anyone noticed in increase in their breast or elsewhere when they started taking BC.

Reply:Actually, if you strength train and specifically target your chest muscles, it will make your chest appear larger, and shouldn't really burn fat. Since you are already ijnteh habit of being athletic, I highly suggest that you try the chest muscle exercises for a few months to see if it makes an impact. Other than that, gaining weight will make your chest appear larger (because you'll have more fat), but there really isn't anything else you can do. Sadly, many of the herbal supplements out there are scams and won't actually help increase your chest size. BC, however, may help increase your chest size.

Reply:Keep in mind that the size of the bra (34 and 36) is calculated by measuring around your entire chest and around your back. The size of the cup (B) is the actual size of your breast. When you lose weight and gain muscle tone, you're going to lose size everywhere, including your diameter around your chest.



I would hesitate to encourage you to take birth control pills with the main intention to increase your bust size. That's a very unhealthy way to think of things. I'm not sure that birth control pills will do that for you anyway. I've not heard of any side effects along that line, but talk to your physican anyway.



I'm not sure of any sort of topical or ingested product that will truly enhance your breast size. If there were such a thing, I'm sure it would be painfully obvious to us all, know what I mean?



Love yourself for who you are. You're doing a great job getting into shape and taking care of your body. You're breast size (according to your bra size) hasn't really changed much, and you're probably still very proportionate. If you're really unhappy with your body, talk to your physician about what options are available. You may have to consider surgery if there are no other options that will bring you the results you want. (Keep in mind, though, that surgery is invasive, painful, and can come with complications. Weigh the benefits and the risks before you make your educated decision with your physician.)
Reply:Just to let you know, that girl above me who says that "B" is your cup size and the number is just the band size is mistaken. I am a Victoria's Secret employee and it's a common misconception that the cup size is indicative of a single size. Cup size is relative to the band size; you have dropped a cup size.



That said, there's nothing wrong with that! There's no way to increase your breast size but you are fine just the way you are. I see so many variations on the female form per day and I've got to tell you, almost all of them are beautiful.



I take yasmin and when I started, my breasts increased by a cup size. However, they shrunk back to their original size as soon as my body had adjusted to the BC so don't go on it for that.
