Just search the internet if this isn't a pattern you care for. It may take some time but you will find more. I have seen black toile party supplies before but am not sure about lavender.

Any fabric store will have the toiles in their prom section. For party supplies, it's different in every town - look up "party store" in you local yellow pages.
