Are orhids poisonous to cats? Are daisys or hyacinths or lavender posionous?
Call your local poison control center. The only one I'm sure of is lavender, which can be used in cooking. It's not poisonous to people, but cats can be sensitive to stuff that people aren't.
Reply:I have heard that the pollen from stargazers lillies is poionous to cats. One they are safe with is called catmint (nepata mussini) very pretty, as pretty as lavender but dies down in the winter whereas lavender is hardy and evergreen.
