Where can I buy dried lavender for putting pillows?

I've bought it at both Michaels and JoAnnes in the dried flower section. It comes in big bags.

Where can I buy dried lavender for putting pillows?
go to the food mart, or an organic foods mart, don't get that old stuff from a craft store, its old and dried up and has no smell remaining.

also walmart has good lavender oil tht works great too.
