Lavender essential oil - you can get bottles at many places, e.g. the Health and Glow pharmacies (there's one in the Forum and on Commercial St, and in lots of areas actually), might also get it at
Dried lavender - at upmarket gift shops or places that sell Auroville-type products, or pot pourri, possibly at Cosa Belle in Shringar Shopping Centre (between MG Rd and Church St), maybe the Bombay Store (MG Rd)
Fresh lavender - plants are on sale at the Lalbagh Nursery.
