All lavender are bee pollenated so as bee's are not out at night, whatever it is you are referring to is not from the lavender family.
What type of Lavender has small white flowers and releases it scent at night and smells nothing like Lavender?
It's not Dama De Noche is it? This has small white flowers and releases it's scent at night to keep away the mosquitos, i think.
